Guidelines
Both Individual and Group Registrations are to be made on the official Registration form found in the conference booklet or downloaded here.* A photocopy is ok. Individuals may register on the promotional flyer that was mailed out in November and placed in bookstores. Please, no group registrations on the promotional flyer.
IMPORTANT: Registration fees are not refundable. Registrations may be transferred (given to another person), but one registration can not be shared for more than one person. Badges purchased with a registration and any additional conference materials will be picked up at the conference site.
The NWCEC is an adult conference. Children (including infants) under 12 years will not be admitted. Students 12-18 years of age may register at the student price.
Additional conference programs will be mailed to churches that indicate a need on their registration form.
